Adele Lamothe

I was born in South Africa, an extraordinary country with a rainbow of nations and spectacular scenery.

In 2022 I moved to Canada with my husband and two children. We are fortunate to be surrounded by beautiful forests, lakes, gardens and an abundance of ever-changing beauty.

I wrote my first book to encourage children to connect with the world and develop a deep appreciation of our environment. I wanted to do this in a way that is fun and that children can relate to.

I feel the most alive when I am writing, spending time with family, or exploring nature.
